Amazon Kindle DX released in May,2009 is the latest product from the Amazon book readers series.This model has the biggest screen in comparison with its two predecessors Amazon Kindle and Amazon Kindle 2 - 9.7".Technologically Kindle DX is similar to Kindle 2 with some improvements like the internal memory which is now 4GB, PDF support and the auto-rotation from portrait to landscape view.Kindle DX is offered by Amazon at the price of $489.00.

Battery Life: Read on a single charge for up to 4 days with wireless on. Turn wireless off and read for up to two weeks. Battery life will vary based on wireless usage, such as shopping the Kindle Store and downloading content. In low coverage areas or in 1xRTT only coverage, wireless usage will consume battery power more quickly.
